Privacy Policy

Everyone has a privacy policy; Jackson’s Honest is no different. Except we are the ones that are going to describe it clearly since we are writing it and not a legal team. Our goal? We want you to be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and if it’s disclosed to anyone and when.

WHAT DATA DO WE KEEP ABOUT USERS?
Not much! The only personal data we ask for from customers ordering Jackson’s Honest chips directly from us is their name, address, and e-mail address. And all of that is in service of getting you your chips as quickly and accurately as possible. All communications between you and our outsourced ecommerce servers is over SSL and of course since we only accept Paypal, we never see your credit card information. The good folks at Paypal are in charge of protecting you on that front.

USE OF THIS DATA
As we’ve said, we collect email addresses so that we can contact you about the products you’ve ordered. We will never sell, rent, or share those emails with any outside company. Occasionally we may want to reach you to let you know we have a killer sale coming up or that we’ve come out with a new product you might enjoy, but we respect your time as much as our own and won’t be abusing the fact that we have a way to directly communicate with you!

WHO HAS ACCESS TO THE DATA ABOUT YOU?
No one except Jackson’s Honest employees; there are no circumstances under which we would pass on any details about a user to a third-party.

CHANGES IN THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places where you can be sure to see it. If you have any specific questions about Privacy, please feel free to contact us.
