Dairy-Free, Garden-Fresh Ranch Dip

From the plant-based kitchen of Jackson's Honest marketing coordinator Lindsey Schauer comes a third chip dip in our recipe series this week leading up to pro football's grand finale Sunday in Houston. Lindsey found that the color and flavors of this dip match very well with our Purple Heirloom Potato Chips, which are made with Non-GMO Project Verified domestic potatoes, organic coconut oil and sea salt (that's it!).

Purple Heirloom Potato Chips


  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 1 small red onion
  • sea salt to taste


  1. Cut lemon and juice 1/2 into blender.
  2. Place all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth.
  3. Serve as a dip.
