S'mores Dip

This chip-dip recipe is the fourth of four from Jackson's Honest marketing coordinator Lindsey Schauer this week as pro football's grand finale Sunday in Houston draws near. Unlike the other three dips — find them here — this S'mores Dip is sweet.

Included is the flavor of sweet potato chips that we introduced this past autumn, Maple Cinnamon Sweet Potato Chips, which like the Dandies marshmallows in the recipe are Non-GMO Project Verified.

S'mores Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Dandies tiny marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil.
  2. Mix in cacao powder.
  3. Add in almond butter and maple syrup. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Place in heat-safe serving dish in fridge for 45 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  6. Cover the top of the dip with marshmallows.
  7. Put in oven for about 10 minutes until the marshmallows are toasty.
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Dairy-Free, Garden-Fresh Ranch Dip

From the plant-based kitchen of Jackson's Honest marketing coordinator Lindsey Schauer comes a third chip dip in our recipe series this week leading up to pro football's grand finale Sunday in Houston. Lindsey found that the color and flavors of this dip match very well with our Purple Heirloom Potato Chips, which are made with Non-GMO Project Verified domestic potatoes, organic coconut oil and sea salt (that's it!).

Purple Heirloom Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 1 small red onion
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut lemon and juice 1/2 into blender.
  2. Place all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth.
  3. Serve as a dip. 

Sunflower Seed Pesto Dip

With a second chip-dip recipe during the week leading up to pro football's grand finale, Jackson's Honest marketing coordinator Lindsey Schauer introduces a Sunflower Seed Pesto Dip. Lindsey found that this dip with toasted "sunnies" paired quite well with the Jackson's Honest classic — Sea Salt Potato Chips — made with Non-GMO Project Verified domestic potatoes, organic coconut oil and sea salt (that's it!).
