Just in time for autumn, we introduced this week our first-ever sweet/treat chip: Maple Cinnamon Sweet Potato Chips.
Paired with organic maple syrup, cinnamon's warmth accentuates the best qualities of our Non-GMO Project Verified sweet potatoes, creating something ambrosial. Add organic coconut oil, and you have an entirely new type of snack chock full of anthocyanins, beta-carotene and lauric acid. This is one of the ways we are committed to using ingredients and methods that are honestly, deliciously better.
Like all of our coconut oil chips, these are cooked low and slow in small batches. Consider pairing them with a sweet whipped cream. Sprinkle on your favorite vanilla ice cream for a bit of crunch and depth. Dunk them in milk for a majestic breakfast. Or enjoy simply on their own straight from the sack.
