Vegan Black Bean Dip


  • 1 15oz. can of organic black beans, drained and rinsed very well
  • 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese of choice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder 
  • juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro for garnish, optional
  • Salt to taste


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend to desired consistency.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. 
  3. Spoon into medium bowl and scoop up with Jackson's tortilla chips of choice.
