Vegan Black Bean Dip
- 1 15oz. can of organic black beans, drained and rinsed very well
- 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese of choice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro for garnish, optional
- Salt to taste
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend to desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Spoon into medium bowl and scoop up with Jackson's tortilla chips of choice.
