Potato Chip Haystacks

Sometimes all you need to get through the week is a yummy little sweet treat.

These potato chip haystacks are just the snack for the job. Best of all, they’re super easy to make.

Just crunch up a bag of our sea salt potato chips and pour them in a big bowl. In a separate bowl, melt about 1/2 cup of chocolate chips with a tablespoon ish of coconut oil.

Pour the melted chocolate over the chip pieces, form into haystacks on a parchment lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
